Welcome to The Vermont Gelato Company!
We are a small batch artisanal gelato company. We use high quality scratch ingredients and control the process from start to finish to produce the best end product possible. We begin by pasteurizing our own base. Our base is predominantly made with milk and a small amount of cream giving this sweet treat a lower fat content and allowing the flavors to really shine through. After the base is sufficiently aged, flavor ingredients are added and the mix is put into a batch freezer which slow churns the mixture into a dense and delicious final product.
We work directly with local dairy's, farmers and suppliers to always use the freshest ingredients available. We are devoted to making high quality gelato and sorbets that we can be proud to serve - and having fun sharing them with our community.
